Anyone who watches South Park regularly will remember the episode when Cartman goes to Casa Bonita. In all my time in Denver I had never actually been to the restaurant, which is the largest resaurant under one roof in the world.
The restaurant food is only so so but the atmosphere is fun. There are cliff divers and an arcade inside.

Thank you to Andy's parents for hosting us while we were in Colorado it was a wonderful trip. Oh and thanks to Brea for driving us around on the last day.
